He works at Brimob, Kelapa Dua – Depok.
At the end of 2007, he was on assignment in Ambon. One afternoon, when he was doing physical training in the military that was routinely carried out, he suddenly felt pain in both of his knees. He smeared the affected area with a balm. The pain did feel less. However, after a while, the pain came back especially if he squats, runs and jumps. At that time, he had not decided to go to a doctor or hospital, because he was in a very small and remote area that did not have complete medical equipment to check his sore knee.
After finishing his duty in Ambon, he returned to Jakarta around mid 2008.
Because he was tormented by constant pain in his knee, he decided to go to a hospital in South Jakarta. At that time, the doctor suggested him to do rontgen for both knees. The rontgen showed that there was osteoporosis in his knee which caused pain when he sat down, squatted or was about to stand up. To treat his sickness, the doctor provide two options, namely surgery or taking medication regularly for an indefinite period of time. The doctor also forbade him to run, jump, squat and do martial arts.
He also consulted with several orthopedic specialists in several other hospitals. He started doing therapy, applying balsam and taking herbal medicine at very expensive prices. After 1 year of taking the herbal medicine and there was no significant change, he stopped all medication. He also refused to have surgery in Singapore.
He realized that through his illness, God was teaching him to rely on God. Therefore, he put his faith in God for his healing.
Before KPPI took place at his workplace, HMC were held several times. He followed the HMC.
In the last HMC on August 17, 2010, the practice of healing prayer was held. He was prayed for. Miracles of healing happened! He began to act in faith. Several times he squatted and stood up. Praise the Lord ! He can do it without pain at all in his knees. Previously, he needs help from others or he has to hold on to a chair when he wants to get up from a squat position.
The work of God was amazing and he experienced it himself. God is very kind for him and he promised to continue to serve God, especially in his work environment.
Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord (Jeremiah 17: 7).
