In 2003, Petrus was born as a normal and healthy baby weighing 3.9 kg. He is the only son in his family.

On July 17, 2003, when he was drink milk in a bottle, he suddenly passed out without any signs that he was sick. At that time, he was 1 ½ months old. His mother was very panicked and immediately took him to the nearest hospital in Bandung.

He was injected and on the IV, but there was no change. Even though his heart had been pumped to get him to wake up from fainting, it still could not beat normally. For the first time he was hospitalized in a coma condition. After a month in the hospital, without any changed, in despair his mother decided to take him home. The doctor could do nothing and let his mother take him home.

On August 17, 2003, at 02.00 WIB, Petrus’ breath suddenly stopped and his heart was not beating. His mother was shocked, because she was not prepared for the fact that her child would leave her forever. His mother immediately prayed and cried out to the Lord Jesus to ask His help.  However, nothing changed. Petrus’ body was lying there stiffly in his mother’s arms. His mother could only cry and cry to God all night long.

When Petrus’ burial was being prepared, his mother approached, took and hugged him. Suddenly, his mother feel that Petrus breathing again. Because his mother saw that Petrus’ body was still stiff and didn’t move at all, so she took Petrus to the hospital.

The doctor still did not find his sickness. During the 3 weeks of treatment, he did not experience any changes. His body remained stiff and could not move freely.

Around October 2003, Petrus underwent a CT scan. The CT scan showed that there was virus which attacks the nervous system in his brain so that his body becomes stiff, cannot move, cannot respond to anything and several body functions became weak. For example : he always vomitted every food and drink that enters his body and he often can wet up to 15 times a day.  At that time, the doctor said that his age was only a week away.

His mother put fully hopes to God. She remembered that God has brought Petrus back to life when he had died, so she believe that the Lord Jesus can heal her son !

On April 7, 2004, a young man threw some KPPI invitation into the public transportation which his mother took. The invitation fell right in front of his mother and she immediately took it and read it. His mother decided to come to KPPI which was held at Gereja Bethany Indonesia – BTC (Bandung Trade Center) in Bandung on April 9, 2004.

On April 9, 2004, Petrus and his mother came to KPPI.

At the time of praise, his mother really directed her heart and mind to God and asked God to healed Petrus. Suddenly, Petrus cried so loudly. His mother did not realize this until the people around them told his mother to give Petrus a drink so that the child would not cry. At that time, his mother realized and was very shocked because Petrus could cry and move his hands repeatedly which was stiff and could not move at all for 7 months. Such a real change. Praise the Lord !

His mother was deeply moved and thanked God for healing Peter. Repeatedly her mother kissed Peter.

After KPPI was finished, a doctor examined Petrus. The result: His brain is working normally, his lungs are improving, his heart is beating well, and his eyes are able to respond well to light. Praise the Lord !

As of May 21, 2004, Petrus was still well. He can eat all the food given and finish 3 bottles of milk, while in the past he could only drink ½ bottle of milk and would vomited. His weight increased from 6 kg to 10 kg.
