The doctor had already said there was a problem with the growth of Felicia since she was in her mother’s womb. Even though finally she was born in normal condition and looked healthy physically.

At the age of 5 months old Felicia had a high fever up to 42 ° C. The result of laboratory check showed that her leukosit was 28,000. Her whole body is sore, weak and diarrhea. This condition continued and caused Felicia had to be hospitalized repeatedly, sometimes from  one to three weeks staying.

Due to consuming quite a lot of drugs almost every day caused her body  turned weak, also resulted in hair loss and damage tooth growth.

The doctor advised to take her get CT Scan check up. The results of CT Scan showed that Felicia had Cerebral Palsy. The doctor explained that Felicia’s brain function was not normal, because her brain volume was only 70% compared to normal brain. As the result, her growth will grow very slowly and later at the age of 20 she will be just the same like a child.

She had 2 times CT scan in two different hospital. The doctors from both hospitals said the same thing. Doctors advise her to go back to a specialist, but Felicia’s mother does not want to do it because she was thinking about the long process that would be undergone by his daughter.

Felicya’ growth was not the same as other normal toddlers in general. At the age of one year old  she was not active and could only lie down. Even to sit she should be assisted and given a left and right back pillow to support her body. Otherwise she could fall. Her body was  thin with big stomach. Dirt issued was not normal because of the effects of  leukocytes in the body is high.

Along one year period Felicia could be treated in the hospital as much as 8 to 9 times. Each time she would take 7 – 15 days staying in the hospital.

Felicia repeatedly underwent hospital treatment in various hospital. There were 6 different hospital to go.

The drugs given by the doctor were 7 kinds, not included the vitamin.The function of the drugs were for diarrhea, fever, nausea and also antibiotics. And every time she got infusion she had to undergo a surgery in order to insert the needle infusion because the nurse always had difficulty to get the vein.

One day in 2013 when Felicia was 6 months old and was being treated at a hospital in Bekasi, a servant of God came and prayed. This servant of God invited them to come to KPPI. Since then if the condition of Felicia is strong enough and is not being treated at the hospital her mother always took her to KPPI to be prayed. From the age of 6 months babies with faithful Felicia continue to pray in KPPI. Even her mother with the nurse who took care of her joined the training of praying for the sick (HMC) that was held in their home.  Although there seemed to be no significant change in  Felicia, her mother kept on bringing her to KPPI to be prayed there.

When Felicya was 4 years old her mother decided no longer brought her to  a doctor because she already felt tired going to hospital, especially when her daughter  always had to take surgery only for the infusion. Finally she also  decided not to give drugs that contains  a lot of chemicals to her daughter , because it caused Felicia become increasingly weak and damage her teeth totally. She only gave traditional medicine that has no chemicals and only put her faith  in God.

This decision was not supported by her husband as he worried about Felicia’s health but she didn’t paid attention to him. She only gave medicine if Felicia got fever. Instead she just had faith in God and brought Felicia to KPPI to be prayed for. Time passed by.  Felicia has been brought to  KPPI from 2013 to 2017.

Actually she had progressed much. Changes started happening.  Felicia began to sit, crawl, and moved her thighs  in order to move her body.

One evening on April 30, 2017 being at home, suddenly for the first time Felicia could stand up and walk, even though was still being helped, to her neighbors. God had done miracles. Her legs were getting stronger. Until this day  Felisia has been stronger and healthier, even she can communicating. Praise the Lord.
