This is a healing testimony of Yoseph Cornelius Rompas who was healed by the Lord Jesus from a hernia that he had suffered for 23 years.

In 1980, Yoseph’s job was quite heavy. Even more, he had other activities related to his hobbies, which were karate and weightlifting. His activities caused pain symptoms that appeared right from his abdomen to the back of his waist, but he didn’t think about it seriously. He did not go to the doctor. He just bought common medicine. The pain often appeared every one or two months.

In August 2002, the pain in the front abdomen became enlarged and there was a swelling on the left side of the groin. The pain was like being stabbed and felt cramped at the back. As the result, he had to take rest at home. During 3 – 6 days periode, he could not work or do any activities. He was just lying down and sitting on his bed.

Until one time, he felt a tremendous pain. He decided to go to the community health clinic. The examination result showed that he had a hernia. This disease had no cure and should be operated. The following days, he had difficulties to walk and had to be held up. He was very painful when urinating. Because of unbearable pain, he became hopeless and had a thought of killing himself.

In September 2002, the parents of his child’s Sunday School’s friend invited his wife to attend KPPI (Praise and Divine Healing Service) at Pancoran, Tebet. His wife went there and told him about what had happened there. Hearing about the miracle healings that took place there, he wondered if Jesus was wiling to heal him. On Thursday, January 23, a servant of God came by to his house and invited him to attend KPPI in Pancoran, and he finally came there.

During the service, he felt a warm sensation right from the back of his head to his toes. As a servant of God was praying for him, all his pain from his waist to his bottom disappeared. He could move freely without any pain. God had healed him. Praise God.

He was very grateful to the Lord Jesus who had healed his illness. He was only 47 kg when he was sick, but now his weight has reached 55 kg.

Returning home from KPPI, on the next day, he felt no more pain when he walked. God had healed him. Praise the Lord.
