Jesus had Died for Us While We were still Sinners

Jesus is God Himself. He is the God who created the heaven and the earth. Everything is created by Him and took place by His Word.

Jesus, He is God who was willing to come down to earth to become a human. He left His glory and humbled Himself. Jesus was willing to become human and even He was willing to die on the cross to atone for our sins.

Because of His love, He came to save men who were under the bondage of sins. But the people whom He loves did not receive Him. He was smitten and afflicted. He was killed and crucified. He became a sacrifice not because He sinned, but so that we might be saved and have eternal life.

John 1:12, “But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.”

There is hope and forgiveness of sins for those who believe in Jesus’ name. Whoever believes in Jesus, whoever we are, and whatever our condition, whether we are now sick or healthy, rich or poor, as long as we believe and accept Him, we will be given the power to become children of God and our sins are forgiven.

Romans 5: 8, “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

Jesus loves us very much, even when we didn’t know Him, while we were still doing evil things, and when we still hurt Him with our sins.

He was willing to die for those who rejected Him. He was crucified to pay the debt of the sins of the ones who stabbed Him. He paid with love and sacrifice for those who betrayed Him.

Because of His great love, everyone who believes in Him and asks forgiveness will be forgiven and will be saved. [yf/hn/em]
