Praise the Lord! On Thursday, November 14, 2024, an onsite Jesus the Healer Praise and Divine Healing Service (KPPI) was held at the Adventist Meeting House, Jl. MT Haryono Kav 4-5, Tebet, Pancoran, South Jakarta.
The event was opened in prayer by the worship leader, Rev. Evan Riduan. Then joyfully invited the congregation to praise God “Come to His temple”. All those present entered the house of God with joy and praised God.
The program then continued with a testimony movie from Sintia Weniguna who had been healed from chest pain for 8 years. On October 10, 2024, Sintia came to the KPPI event in Pancoran. When she was prayed for she felt cold, trembling and she was healed by God. Hallelujah.
The KPPI service continued with singing some hymns. Then Pastor Sury Gunawan read the verses of God’s word from Matthew 15:29-31 about Jesus healing many people, various diseases were healed. Also Luke 1:37: For with God nothing is impossible.
Praise to exalt God continues to be raised. Then continued by watching the KPPI Film and also showing the healing testimony of Mrs. Evita Saragih who was miraculously healed from a pinched nerve. A servant of God came to her house to invite her to KPPI Jakarta on August 8, 2024, and when she was prayed for, the healing happened. When the servant of God asked her to run, she was able to run, the healing really happened. Hallelujah!
The Lord Jesus Bore Our Sins and Sicknesses
The preaching of the Word of God was delivered by Rev. Jacob B. Sumbayak, taken from Isaiah 53:3-5. These words of God are about the Messiah and were fulfilled by Jesus because Jesus is the Messiah. These words of God were prophesied by the prophet Isaiah 700 years before Jesus was born in Bethlehem. This is truly a prophecy that came from God, because 700 years later this prophecy was fulfilled by Jesus Christ.
Jesus bore our sicknesses, He bore our sorrows. He was pierced, He was crushed for our iniquities. He was bruised for our iniquities, because we were sinners we should have been punished. But the punishment that we should have endured was borne by Jesus and by His stripes we were healed.
Why did Jesus have stripes? Because Jesus was flogged, estimated hundreds of times He was flogged. The Word of God says by His stripes we are healed. This is what Jesus did 2000 years ago. He was tortured, insulted, spat upon, mocked, punched and scourged and died on the cross. He endured these sufferings so that we could be saved.
No man can pay his debt of sin, even by doing as much good as he can. Only one can pay our sin debt, Jesus Christ. Therefore, whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).
Healing Prayer and Testimony of Healing
Rev. Susan Sumbayak asked everyone with abdominal pain to come forward to be prayed for first. A prayer was offered accompanied by the hymn “Be healed in the Name of Jesus!” Rev. Susan Sumbayak told the sick to have faith and lay hands on the sick body parts and believe that healing will happen. The servants of God also prayed for each sick person and praise God healing happened after they were prayed for.
A little boy who was sitting in a wheelchair, after being prayed for experienced healing, could stand up on his own from his wheelchair and walk, hallelujah!
Rev. Susan Sumbayak then invited everyone who was sick to come forward to be prayed for.
Praise God after the healing prayer, many people experienced miracles of healing.

The Lord Jesus is miraculous, He works miracles for His people in the KPPI event. During the healing prayer, many came forward to be prayed for. There were 19 people who came to the stage to give testimonies of miraculous healings. Among them, a mother was healed from a tumor in the thigh crease, there was a lump the size of a thumb and after prayer the lump disappeared.
Praise God, a mother was healed from a 3-year migraine. A boy was healed from a buzzing earache and headache. A miracle happened to a man who was sick due to an accident, came using crutches now he can walk.
A man had a stroke for 5 months and could not raise his hand, praise God, he experienced a miracle. From KPPI Live Streaming in Kupang city, there was a person who experienced stomach pain and difficulty breathing, when prayed for healed and could run with relief.
A boy was healed from cancer for 3 months that made him unable to walk, heart function was only 3%, after being prayed for.
Towards the end of the event, Rev. Triyogo Puspito Adi invited those who longed for their lives to be used by God to come forward to be prayed for. Many came forward and surrendered their lives to be used by God as servants of God.
The service was closed by singing the Christmas-themed song “O Holy Night”, because tonight’s KPPI is the last one for this year 2024. In December, each of them celebrates Christmas in their respective churches.
Praise God for God’s presence in every KPPI held during 2024. Give thanks for every miracle of salvation and healing that happened throughout the year.
