Praise and Divine Healing Service (KPPI) was held on Thursday, July 27, 2017, in the Auditorium of Adventist  Building, Jl. MT Haryono Kav 4-5, Tebet, Pancoran, South Jakarta.

Many of His people had come from various places in Jabodetabek bringing their hope to receive miracles from God as they had various problems and sicknesses.

The service has been conducted since  1993 and always preach the great love of Jesus who has died for our sins. Jesus has become the way for our salvation, freedom, and healing. God always works to answer the faith of His people through the miracles of healing and deliverance.

Praise and worship are always  lifted up during the service. All the congregations were led to praise and worship the Lord with all their hearts.

A healing testimony film of Lina Laisa was aired. She had and accident that made her ears buzzing. She put her hope in the Lord and came to a crusade, Pray for Pontianak, July 7, 2017. After she was prayed, all the buzzing in her ears disappeared. She could hear clearly. Praise the Lord.

The congregations were led to read loudly the verses Matthew 7:7-11 as a declaration of faith, 7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. 9 Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? 10 Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! “

Another healing testimonial film was aired. A short sermon on the service some weeks ago came before the healing story. It was shared that in the name of Lord Jesus there is salvation, love, and way out. Jesus has proven His love by taking up the form of a human being walking day by day on this earth.  He is God who has limited Himself and takes the form of a servant and died on the cross. That is why let us cry out to God and asks Him to free us from our sins.

It was continued with a healing testimony of Henny Rondonuwu. She was diagnosed with nasopharynx cancer. Her nose always let out of blood but after she was prayed in KPPI Jakarta the bleeding had stopped. The next day she was checked in the laboratory and the result was negative, there was no more cancer. God had made miracles.

The Word of God was shared by Rev. Jacob Sumbayak,  taken from Mark 12:28-33 (NKJV) “ Then one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, perceiving that He had answered them well, asked Him, “Which is the first commandment of all?”Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these.”

So the scribe said to Him, “Well said, Teacher. You have spoken the truth, for there is one God, and there is no other but He. And to love Him with all the heart, with all the understanding, with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, is more than all the whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.”

It was shared that the first commandment in our life is to love God and love our neighbor as ourselves. How should we love God? With all our heart, all our soul, all our mind, and with all our strength. As strong as we can do and as much that we have. We should not use our mind to question our God or use our strength to do evil things.

And the second commandment is to love our neighbor like ourselves. How much should we love others? As much as we love ourselves.  To love God is the most and the first priority, it must be beyond everything, even more than the burnt offerings and sacrifices, this is talking about our ministry or evangelization. What had He done for us? He is God who is willing to come to this earth as a human being, being born in a stable. He is willing to die on the cross for us. That is the love of God.  Because we are already bought by God, are we willing to love Him more than anything in this world? God wants us to love Him more than anything in this world. Love Him because He has loved us first.

Then the congregations were asked to pray and come to Him personally, to tell Him that they love Him with all their heart, mind and strength. Love Him and we will be saved and we will receive forgiveness.

God has died for us when we were sinners and still far from Him. He loves us and is willing to die for us. He suffered for us, shed His blood until He died for us.  But right now is He the first in our life, do we love Him? Choose what is good, love Him more than our goals and our obsessions, even more than anyone that we love in this world. He is coming soon, choose your way of life.

Rev. Jacob Sumbayak asked everyone to pray and stand up, called out to God and received Jesus as their personal Lord and Saviour. Almost all responded and prayed to receive Lord Jesus in their hearts.

It was also shared that Jesus has paid all our debts of sins. Whatever our sicknesses are, by His wounds we are healed. When Jesus was crucified on the cross and His whole body was badly wounded, as it is written in Isaiah 53. By His stripes, we are healed. Look at Him who was hanged on the cross, look at His wounded body. Whatever sickness you have, come to Jesus, and say to yourself, according to the Word of God, “By His stripes, I am healed.” There is nothing impossible with God. God is able to heal you.

Then Rev. Jacob Sumbayak asked if there was anyone who had been healed when the Word of God was preached. A few people raised up their hands.

After that Susan Sumbayak come forward and called anyone who had problems with his stomach and already felt healing. A lady raised up her hands and said that she was already healed.

Susan also asked if there was anyone got healed from buzzing ears. A lady responded and said that her ear problem had been healed. Continued with a question whether anyone was healed from a migraine on the left part of the head. A lady waved her hands. Hallelujah, God healed His people.  Next, they who had problems with their jaw were called. There were three people came up. Praise the Lord, miracles took place.

After that, all the sick people were called forward to be prayed. All the counselors and prayer team came forward first. Every sick person was asked to lay his hands on the sick part of his body and prayed with faith. The healing prayer was lifted for all people. And then all the counselors started to pray for the sick person one by one.

God worked so wonderfully. Many miracles took place. They were healed from: neck problem for 5 years, stone kidney, painful right ear for 1 year, deaf right ear, painful chest, heart problem, breast timor since 2000, headache for 5 years, pinched nerve (HNP) for 2 years, jaw problem, buzzing ears.

Rev. Hottiarma Silalahi, Rev. Hanung Prasetyo Wihardjo, Rev.Yusuf Prasetio shared the healing testimony with joyfully.

There was also a call for those who had the desire to be used to serve the Lord. They who raised up their hands came forward to be prayed.

This service was ended with a message that everyone should return back to their local church to become a blessing there. How marvellous is our God.  This service has been conducted since 1993 by GPPI Pondok Daud Jakarta.
