KPPI (Praise and Diving Healing Service) was held again online through the Live Streaming program on Facebook and Youtube on 30 March 2020.

Rev. Jacob B. Sumbayak delivered the Word of God from Mark 4: 35-41, a passage entitled “Windstorm Was Appeased”. It was stated that when the boat that was boarded by the Lord Jesus and the disciples began to be full of water, while waves were high and great windstorm arose, the disciples began to fear. Because they were very afraid, they woke up the Lord Jesus and said: “Teacher, do you not care if we are perishing?”

The Lord Jesus can not be indifferent. Even though He was sleeping, He is Lord, He is still powerful. Indeed, sometimes because of panic, then faith becomes flying, then negative thoughts come.

That what was experienced by disciples at that time.

When you are in troubles, it feels like God is so far away, seems that God does not care of. Remember brothers and sisters, Jesus is still God, Jesus is still there, Jesus still wants to help you.

Then Jesus arose and rebuked the wind and said to the sea “Peace, be still!”. The wind ceased and the sea became calm again. Then the Lord Jesus said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”

Maybe that is also Jesus’ question for us. You might answer “I am sick”, “I have cancer”, “I am blind”, or “I am infected by Covid-19 virus for which there is no vaccine”. “I am fearful”.

Miracles of the Lord Jesus

Remember, the Lord Jesus is God who raised Lazarus, a rotten corpse could be resurrected.

Five thousand people were fed only from five breads and two fish.

That is the Lord Jesus who came from Heaven. Son of God who came down to earth because of His love. He is also able to cure all our illnesses.

Believe in Jesus, ask forgiveness and accept Him as your Lord and Savior. Receive the greatest miracle of the Lord Jesus, the salvation of our souls.

God’s word in 1 Peter 2: 24b says “By His stripes we are healed”. So, whatever your diseased, believe that Jesus is able to cure you.[rch/lyd]
